Complaints Procedure

For our customers, ING operates an extensive complaints process. This also explains how and where you can file your complaint about ING products or services.

Not only our customers, any other ING stakeholder can raise a complaint with ING. For example concerning investment decisions or if you feel that ING is not living up to aspects of the ING Business Principles. The Sustainability Department, which operates at group level and independently from our commercial departments, will be happy to receive such complaint and ensure it is addressed.

Please submit any complaints by e-mail to: or by letter to: Sustainability Department ING Groep, Bijlmerplein 888, 1102 MG Amsterdam. We aim to inform you about the processing of your complaint within 4 weeks of receipt.
