This discussion is part of our broader stakeholder engagement programme. ING’s licence to operate lies with its stakeholders: our customers, employees, business partners, shareholders and society at large. We continuously keep track of how they perceive ING, which issues are important to them and what we can do to meet their expectations.

What Matters Most?
Hundreds of ING employees took part in our ‘WHAMM’ (or What Matters Most) campaign by sending us their orange handprint. These handprints tell us what our employees care about most in life and business. Knowing what is most important to them helps ING to set priorities for future community investment and sustainability projects. From the many entries we have selected four employees to tell us what important cause matters most to them. And we're giving you a chance to vote for your favourite!
