Volunteering

Employee volunteers have been the cornerstone of the success of our community investment programmes at local and global levels. From fund raising to participating in a wide range of volunteering initiatives, their commitment has helped make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged people across the world. We encourage our employees to engage in volunteering initiatives and support them. This is anchored in the ING Business Principles
