Since ING Group has expressed its desire to be a citizen-based company, ING Belgium has taken several initiatives reflecting the responsibility towards society that it is seeking to assume: King Baudouin Foundation, Homework school, Moral sponsorship and other initiatives.
King Baudouin Foundation
All the Belgian entities within ING have decided to join forces by creating, within the King Baudouin Foundation, a corporate fund aimed at financing projects relating to the following two objectives: - to support initiatives fostering the reintegration of young people at risk of social exclusion; - to improve the quality of life of those suffering from incurable diseases and their families.
