Sustainable Products
The products and services of ING Car Lease allow you, as a driver, to reduce and compensate your CO2 emissions. They help you minimise the effect of driving on the environment and at the same time cut costs.
Ecolease
In 2007, ING Car Lease introduced the EcoLease product. It includes the leasing of an energy-efficient car, a customer training course on how to improve car safety and adopt a more efficient and environmentally friendly driving style and a CO2 emission compensation service. In 2009 this product is being rolled out to all the ING Car Lease units.
Since 2006 ING Car Lease Netherlands has offered customers in the Netherlands the opportunity to lease energy-efficient cars that carry an A, B or C label.
CO2 Compensation
ING Car Lease customers also have the option of leasing a car while at the same time compensating its carbon emissions. This commitment to CO2 compensation is achieved through forestation projects in Brazil, Malaysia and South Africa and via investment in sustainable energy projects worldwide.
