The ING Foundation aspires to make a real difference for our customers and our communities, focusing on the concerns and needs that truly matter to them. We do this smartly and energetically by addressing those needs through volunteer work, giving programs and direct advocacy. For the foundation, it’s all about empowerment. Our programming and partnerships focus on three primary areas; financial literacy, children’s education and diversity. Besides these three community investment programmes, ING USA also started the Orange Goes Green programme, inviting staff to join our challenge to create a greener environment.
